Cotejo Mercados is a small editorial team and we read everything that reaches us. These are the channels and what you can expect from each one.

Corrections and out-of-date information

This is the most useful reason to get in touch. If a guide mentions a payment method that no longer appears on the platform, a timeframe that is no longer met or a claim that does not hold up, write to us at [email protected] stating the page and what would have to change. We check it and, where appropriate, we correct it and update the article's date.

Editorial and topic suggestions

For content proposals, questions about our methodology or press enquiries: [email protected]. If there is a question about trading from Peru that you cannot find answered on the site, tell us about it; several of our guides started that way.

What we cannot resolve

It is worth saying this clearly, so as not to waste your time:

• We are not IQ Option. We have no access to your account, to your verification or to your withdrawal requests, and we cannot speed up any procedure.
• We do not give financial or tax advice. We explain how things work; the decisions and the tax return are yours, and for that a certified accountant is the right person.
• We do not recover funds and we do not mediate in disputes. If your problem is with the operator, the correct channel is the platform's own support, with your tickets and receipts to hand.
• We do not send signals or trading recommendations through any channel. If someone contacts you saying they represent this site and offers you that, it is not us.

Response times and privacy

We reply in the order in which messages arrive and we prioritise factual corrections. We use your email address only to reply to you: we do not pass it on, we do not use it for advertising and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. The detail is in our privacy policy.
